On Monday, January 29th TOFE Council will be discussing and voting on the following reports related to Short Term Rental concerning Zoning and Official Plans.

amended, concerning the Short-Term Rental Land Use Study for the

The meeting starts at 6 pm in Council Chambers all are welcome to attend.

Often residents feel they do not hear about planning notices. There are requirements for giving notice however, the following page on the Town of Fort Erie website page hosts these notices. For more information click here

The Town’s Building Division is responsible for:

• the approval of the structural and mechanical elements of buildings, including plumbing, heating and ventilation; 
• the issuance of Building Permits, scheduling and completing inspections.

Winter Operations Plan:

The Winter Operations Plan describes the Minimum Maintenance Standards and related legislation that govern winter operations.

This Plan describes the guidelines and procedures for winter maintenance of the Town of Fort Erie roads, alleyways, sidewalks, and parking lots. In addition, proactive measures such as Winter Patrols and Snow Fence erection are also detailed.
